Poor time management
Bugs in the website prevent finishing units and taking the quizzes.
The system had hitches quite often which made me unable to proceed but later on it was resorted

The discussion (forum) chat is not easily accessible. To motivate people on using it, maybe have it appear in the top par or the side panel and a chat icon always be visible on the UI.

It depends, there's a topic that could take almost 40 mins and some i could take for only 3 mins
3 - 40 mins per topic
there are units that are need deep understanding and alot of reflection, so the duration should depend on the module
one module per week.
