Refer to the Wellness Wheel and discuss how each component affects the other either positively or negatively
The elements of the Wellness Wheel are interconnected, a change in one dimension can cause a positive or negative impact on other dimensions.
Exercise and a healthy diet can improve emotional well-being by minimizing stress and elevating mood, but ignoring them might result in poorer health and increased anxiety. Similarly, social wellness enhances emotional well-being through support and belonging, while financial stress (bad financial wellness) can negatively impact both emotional and physical wellness, resulting in anxiety or health neglect.

The components of the wheel interact in many aspects. Consider financial wellness affects all the other components. With out money one may not joined the gym, my not apply for job tenders that require a certain minimum operating balance in the bank, a hungry man is an angry person, etc
All components in the wellness wheel are interconnected. When one component is off, one feels off-balance and stuck. It is important to give all priority on how to make sure all aspects are well taken care of.

Environment wellness is the most neglected, overall, affects every components of a person mental wellness. Imagine what your mental state would be without water or poor sanitation, pollution, disasters or inadequate resources. But in a peaceful and condusive environment with fairly distributed resources, we work hard thus improving our (financial wellness) and (occupational wellness),friends get together or go on family holidays (social wellness0 and we are happy(both physical and emotion wellness)

The wellness wheel is often time interrelated, and each component have an impact or effect on the other. How ever each of the component must not be overlooked but balanced the mental health of an individual which comprises of social, physical, intellectual, psychological and spiritual component matters a lot in the life of an individual and must be well fed or handled properly in other for one to be productive in every sphere of life.
I feel like they all are interrelated and they all contribute to the overall well being of how an individual operates, they all play a critical role in our day to day living
