Bessy works as a Human Resource Manager in Kikwetu Distributers. Though she is only six months old in the firm, she has written warning letters to almost all the staff under her, In her divide and rule approach she rewards those who have bowed to her with promotion and a “spy” role on others. This has instilled fear, bitterness and hatred among the formerly well-knit staff.

How would the lessons learnt under this course 21st century soft skills course help improve your success at the workplace as an employee or as an entrepreneur in your business?

The lessons learnt under this course will help improve my success at the workplace by:
1.Helping me relate well with others if i apply the interpersonal skills acquired to maintain relationships.
2.Helping me to become a better decision maker at my workplace since i have acquired skills on decision making and understood the decision making process well.
3.Helping me become a better leader in whichever docket i acquire at the workplace since i have understood qualities of a good leader and how best to apply this qualities.
In conclusion, the skills acquired will be of great benefit at my workplace as they have made me an all rounded person in all aspects of life that 'make man a man'.

The lessons learnt under thge 21st century soft skills will improve my success in a way that: As an employee, strong interpersonal skills will help build constructive relationships, resolve conflicts, and contribute to a culture of growth. emotional intelligence and adaptability will enable better decision-making, customer relations, and team cohesion. Success today is not just about authority it’s about influence, empathy, and inspiring others to work towards shared goals. Leadership should unite, not divide.

the 21st century soft skills has taught me alot on interpersonal skills, showing respect, getting feedback from peers and people who are in authority, how to conduct myself with professionalism at work and being self aware of my environs as well as the people around me
