Welcome to the course on
21st Century Soft Skills
This is a personal development training program that facilitates the learner to acquire necessary skills to successfully survive in the 21st century workplace. The aim of the program is to equip young
adults with soft skills to allow them to be all rounded and fit in the workplace successfully.
The program is online, self-paced and uses experiential learning techniques that enables one to learn at a time and place that is most convenient for them. The training is highly interactive through synchronized discussions and tutor support.
How does the course work?
This course has nine modules followed by discussions in each module.
We recommend following the module sequence, then taking the assessment.
The pass mark for assessment is 80%.
In order to acquire the certificate, you must complete all the modules and pass the assessment.
Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at students, graduate trainees and new hires.
What else is good to know?
A reasonable internet connection is required throughout this course.
