A leader is expected to move from average to extraordinary.  How can you make this move from ordinary to extraordinary in different aspects of your life?

To move from ordinary to extraordinary, focus on continuous self-improvement and embrace lifelong learning to sharpen your skills. Cultivate a growth mindset by seeking feedback and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Build strong relationships by practicing empathy and effective communication. Finally, set clear goals and take consistent, purposeful actions to achieve them, inspiring others through your dedication and vision.

To move from ordinary to extraordinary, i can critically evaluate myself to understand where i encounter hitches in my runnings and work towards improving in those areas.
I can also often appreciate myself in everything i do in order to uphold the spirit and secure my morale as i work towards being better and achieving more by setting other realistic and achievable goals.

To move from ordinary to extraordinary, you must first be leadable of your own self. empathetic, accommodating, a good listener, and also take correction: as a good leader you must have a growth mindset and ever ready to be improve on your character and work on your weaknesses and always rely on your strength and always have the interest of the people at hand. an extraordinary leader must always to extra things. whereby seeing possibilities in the impossible, also be disciplined at all costs; and also, be an achiever and must be principled in his or her dealings
